2. Description of Services
Candor provides an AI-powered 360-degree feedback platform designed to help organizations collect, analyze, and leverage employee feedback. Our Services include but are not limited to feedback collection, analysis, reporting, and integration with other workplace tools.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Privacy and Security

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms listed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We may change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
